Units are attributed to organizational personnel and resources based upon several factors.

Employees typically count as a 1 unit; while something like a network switch typically counts as 1/4 unit. Request a quote today to learn your monthly cost.

Unit “true-ups” occur monthly on the 15th or the proceeding last business day.

Unit “true-downs” occur quarterly at least two weeks prior to the end of the quarter. This process avoids accidental “true-downs” due to life-events such as vacation and leaves of absence.

While our plans include a variety of security services, they do not include endpoint protection licenses.

However, as a Advanced Managed IT plan subscriber, you are able to purchase industry leading security products at a discounted rate.

In order to help keep your IT costs down, the Essentials and Security + plans offer the flexibility of fixed monthly fees for support and maintenance while providing separate statements of work for projects as needed.

For organizations that would like to maintain a single fixed cost throughout the year, our All Inclusive plan covers all projects work required as well.

All of our contracts have a 12 month term with multi-year options available if you would like to lock in a rate for a longer period of time.

However, we truly believe in customer satisfaction and a healthy customer-vendor relationship. If your organization approaches us with an unreconcilable reason why we cannot continue working together, we will help structure an early release plan.

Many customers are rightly concerned about costs and ask if they need to replace all of their equipment if they choose Advanced Managed IT as their IT service provider.

Ultimately, the answer is that it depends. With few exceptions, as long as your current systems are not end-of-life and are still receiving support updates, our team can continue to manage your existing infrastructure until it is time to replace them.
